In short: these terms cover the use of designbyathar.com and the basis on which we quote and deliver work. Every project also has its own written proposal, and the proposal takes priority wherever the two differ.

You are welcome to browse this website and share links to it. Please do not interfere with how it works, attempt to access systems that are not public, or copy its design, text, films or images without our written permission. The portfolio and demonstration sites linked from this website are shown as examples of our work.
Prices published on this website are in US dollars, exclude VAT and other taxes, and apply to the scope described next to each price. We may change published prices at any time; the price in a proposal you have accepted does not change.
Domain names, payment-gateway fees, WhatsApp and other messaging fees, and similar third-party costs are not included. They are billed at cost on their own invoice line.
You are responsible for the text, images, logos, product information and other material you give us, and for having the right to use it. We rely on it being accurate.
Ownership and licence terms for finished work are set out in each proposal. Until a project is paid in full, the work remains ours. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
These services answer your customers automatically, using the information you provide. Automated replies can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for keeping that information up to date and for checking the bookings, orders and payments the service records. They are not suitable for emergencies or for legal, medical or financial advice.
Messaging platforms such as WhatsApp apply their own rules and can limit or suspend an account. We cannot guarantee their availability.
Hosting, domains, payment gateways and messaging platforms are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or decisions.
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

أنت مسؤول عن النصوص والصور والشعارات ومعلومات المنتجات وسائر المواد التي تزوّدنا بها، وعن امتلاكك حق استخدامها، ونحن نعتمد على صحتها.
تُحدَّد شروط ملكية الأعمال المنجزة وترخيصها في كل عرض. تبقى الأعمال ملكاً لنا إلى حين سداد قيمة المشروع كاملة. ويحق لنا عرض الأعمال المنجزة ضمن أعمالنا ما لم نتفق كتابياً على غير ذلك.
تردّ هذه الخدمات على عملائك آلياً استناداً إلى المعلومات التي تقدّمها. قد تكون الردود الآلية خاطئة أو ناقصة. أنت مسؤول عن تحديث تلك المعلومات وعن مراجعة الحجوزات والطلبات والمدفوعات التي تسجّلها الخدمة. وهي غير مناسبة لحالات الطوارئ أو للاستشارات القانونية أو الطبية أو المالية.
تطبّق منصات المراسلة مثل واتساب قواعدها الخاصة ويمكنها تقييد أي حساب أو إيقافه، ولا نستطيع ضمان توافرها.
تقدّم شركات أخرى خدمات الاستضافة والنطاقات وبوابات الدفع ومنصات المراسلة وفق شروطها الخاصة. لسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاع خدماتها أو تغيير أسعارها أو قراراتها.
يُقدَّم هذا الموقع كما هو. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما فيها خسارة الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو البيانات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي خدمة على الرسوم التي دفعتَها مقابل تلك الخدمة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة. لا يستبعد أي بند في هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون استبعادها.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وتختص محاكم البحرين بالنظر في أي نزاع.
