Athar ("we") is a web design studio based in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. We trade as designbyathar.com. Contact: hello@designbyathar.com.
Business contact details of construction and contracting companies: company name, business email address, business phone number, website address, city and country, and publicly visible information about the company such as its Google rating and the type of website it has.
We collect this from sources the company has made public: its own website, Google Maps and Google Business Profile listings, and public business directories. We do not collect personal data about individuals beyond a name and job title where it appears on a business website, and we do not collect financial, identity or sensitive data of any kind.
To introduce our services to companies we believe could benefit from them, by email and occasionally by WhatsApp or phone, and to reply to companies that contact us. We do not sell, rent or share these details with anyone else, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in marketing business services to businesses, balanced against the minimal impact on the recipient, with a simple way to opt out in every message. Where the law of a recipient's country requires consent for commercial messages, we rely on the recipient's reply to our first message as that consent and stop if none is given.
designbyathar.com sets no cookies and shows no advertising. It remembers your language choice in your own browser. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and do not identify or follow individual visitors. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to work with you.
Contact details of companies that do not reply are deleted within 12 months of our last message. Details of companies that ask us to stop are kept only on a suppression list, so that we never contact them again. Details of clients are kept for as long as we work together and as required by Bahraini law afterwards.
On our own systems and with the email service providers we use to send and receive mail. Those providers process the data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.

بيانات التواصل التجارية لشركات المقاولات والإنشاءات: اسم الشركة، وبريدها الإلكتروني التجاري، ورقم هاتفها التجاري، وعنوان موقعها الإلكتروني، والمدينة والدولة، والمعلومات المتاحة للعموم عن الشركة مثل تقييمها على خرائط جوجل ونوع موقعها الإلكتروني.
نجمع هذه البيانات من مصادر أتاحتها الشركة للعموم: موقعها الإلكتروني، وقوائم خرائط جوجل وملف الأعمال على جوجل، وأدلة الأعمال العامة. لا نجمع بيانات شخصية عن الأفراد سوى الاسم والمسمى الوظيفي حيثما يظهران على موقع تجاري، ولا نجمع أي بيانات مالية أو بيانات هوية أو بيانات حساسة من أي نوع.
لتقديم خدماتنا إلى الشركات التي نعتقد أنها قد تستفيد منها، عبر البريد الإلكتروني وأحياناً عبر واتساب أو الهاتف، وللرد على الشركات التي تتواصل معنا. لا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
أساسنا القانوني هو مصلحتنا المشروعة في تسويق خدمات تجارية للشركات، مع مراعاة الأثر المحدود على المتلقي وتوفير وسيلة بسيطة لإلغاء الاشتراك في كل رسالة. وحيثما يشترط قانون دولة المتلقي الحصول على موافقة لإرسال الرسائل التجارية، نعتمد على رد المتلقي على رسالتنا الأولى بوصفه تلك الموافقة، ونتوقف في حال عدم وروده.
لا يستخدم موقع designbyathar.com ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا يعرض إعلانات. يحفظ الموقع اختيارك للغة في متصفحك فقط. نحصي الزيارات بأداة تحليلات تراعي الخصوصية، لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا تحدّد هوية الزائر ولا تتتبّعه. وإذا راسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب فإننا نستخدم رسالتك وبيانات التواصل للرد عليك والعمل معك فقط.
تُحذف بيانات التواصل الخاصة بالشركات التي لا ترد خلال 12 شهراً من آخر رسالة نرسلها. أما بيانات الشركات التي تطلب منا التوقف فتُحفظ فقط في قائمة استبعاد لضمان عدم التواصل معها مجدداً. وتُحفظ بيانات العملاء طوال فترة التعامل معهم ووفقاً لما يقتضيه القانون البحريني بعدها.
على أنظمتنا الخاصة ولدى مزودي خدمات البريد الإلكتروني الذين نستخدمهم لإرسال الرسائل واستقبالها. يعالج هؤلاء المزودون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا ولا يستخدمونها لأغراضهم الخاصة.
في حال تعديل هذا الإشعار، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ جديد.
